All course registrations and payments will go through the Eventbrite website which has links from the main A Level Revision UK website. Each subject has its own specific payment page and once payment is received an e-mail confirmation will be sent through with all the course details.
If there are any queries as to the registartion or payment process then please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
It is anticipated that some students may wish to join a course at the last minute. In such circumstances, every effort will be made to accommodate their needs, whilst adhering to our maximum class size. Ideally, students should phone to enquire whether they can be accommodated before travelling to the venue.
Where attendance can be accommodated, students should also complete the Eventbrite payment process before arrival. The final decision for this rests solely with the course directors.
A Level Revision UK Ltd is not responsible for bank charges accrued as part of the payment process. Please ensure that payments made cover any charges made by either bank, so that we receive the full fees as stated in the registration form.
Once Eventbrite registration has been completed, we will only offer a full refund if we are notified that a student cannot attend 72 hours before the course starts due to extenuating circumstances. We will then invite a student from the waiting list to enrol on the course.
The company reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient numbers of students wish to attend. In such a case, we will undertake to notify you at the earliest opportunity and no later than five working days prior to the scheduled commencement of the course, so that you may seek alternative courses, if appropriate. Bookings made in the UK will be contacted by telephone and e-mail. In the unlikely event of this happening, you will receive a full refund of all course fees paid.
A Level Revision UK Ltd does not insure the student against illness, accident, theft or loss of possessions. Fees cannot be refunded if a student arrives late, leaves early, is absent for some or all of the course or for any other such reason. Students are strongly advised to ensure they have an insurance policy which covers them for such eventualities, however they may be caused.
A Level Revision UK Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to provide services if caused by industrial action, wars, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, disease or disruption of travel services and shall be exempt from all such liabilities howsoever caused to the participants at any time during the entire course.
In the case of a medical or dental emergency, every reasonable effort will be made to contact the parents of the student and, if these are located overseas, the guardian who is acting for them whilst they are here in the UK. Should this be impossible in the time frame required by the professional staff, the course director is hereby authorised to give consent to treatment recommended by qualified medical staff (including anaesthetic or operation).
A Level Revision UK Ltd may wish to use photographs or video or digital images of the students on the course for future promotional purposes. Any parent not wishing to permit this for their son/daughter must write to the course director at the time of Registration so they may be excluded from such images, clearly stating the names of students to be excluded.
All students will be subject to the Course Rules. Any student breaking the Rules may be dismissed by the course director and no refunds will be made. Students must arrive early for sessions and may not leave early unless written permission has been requested of and approved by the course director. Any damage to property, equipment or materials must be paid for by the student or their family.
Parents/guardins who register their son/daughter on any course hereby accept these terms and conditions, which may be revised from time to time at the discretion of the Directors at A Level Revision UK Ltd.
